Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery charges

UK mainland delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £40.

Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders over £40.

Some remote locations, including certain Scottish Highlands, islands and offshore postcodes, may require an additional delivery charge. We will contact you before dispatch if an extra charge applies.

Delivery times

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once the order has been dispatched. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed because delays can occasionally occur outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel and may have separate tracking numbers.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs changing. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at enquiries@ecodailysupplies.com with your order number and photographs where relevant.
